The main things I look at for glasses are frame weight, hinge quality and lens coating. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. For daily use items I try to balance price, build quality and real user feedback. Of course we all have different taste, but patterns still appear in long discussions. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.
