Everything published made a ton of sense. However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title? I am not saying your information isn't good, but suppose you added a headline that grabbed a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little vanilla. You might peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post titles to grab people to open the links. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it might make your blog a little livelier.
